Amazon is seeking a seasoned finance professional to join its Accounting team in Portland, OR. You will own end-to-end accounting and reporting processes, support internal controls, and collaborate with business partners across functions to drive timely closes.

The role requires 5+ years of finance or analytical experience and a Bachelor's in accounting or related field; CPA and COSO/GAAP knowledge are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support accounting and reporting processes.
• Own end-to-end processes to support finance and business partners.
• Assess internal control design for effectiveness.
• Ensure timely month-end closes and accurate books.
• Escalate risks and issues to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Lead delivery of accounting tasks and projects.
• Foster partnerships between Accounting and IT/business units.
• Research and memorialize technical accounting positions.
