Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with operational and functional leaders and drive financial excellence. You will build robust models, support weekly/monthly reviews, and ensure data integrity across finance platforms in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor teammates, champion diverse perspectives, and communicate complex issues clearly to non‑finance partners while advancing process improvements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative experience.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyses with little guidance, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results.
• Partner with the Regional Finance Manager to develop and execute weekly and monthly reviews, forecasting, and reporting models.
• Identify and solve data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders on resolution.
• Identify the need for improved controls to address risk and propose control solutions.
