Job summary

Addepto is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance for its Polish operations, aligning with KMS Technology standards and global finance practices. You will work with teams across Vietnam, Poland, and the US to turn financial data into actionable insights that support growth.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, audits, and local filings, with a focus on improving processes, automation, and analytics within a fast‑growing AI and data engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements; exposure to US GAAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group standards.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, turning numbers into clear insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A and Group Finance teams.
• Act as a finance business partner for management, explaining results and supporting data-driven decisions.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure.
• Manage cash flow and working capital for healthy operations.
• Support integration and improvement of financial systems, processes, automation, and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, and the KMS headquarters.
