We are looking for a Finance Manager who will oversee all accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for Addepto in Poland, ensuring alignment with KMS Technology’s global finance standards and smooth integration into the group’s financial framework.

This is a critical, hands‑on role that goes beyond supervision and reporting, combining strong financial foundations with data analysis and insight generation to actively support business decisions and scalable growth across Europe. You will work closely with an international finance team across Vietnam, Poland, and the US, using financial data not only to report results, but to understand performance, identify opportunities, and help drive the business forward.

Your main responsibilities:
  • Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with group standards.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, turning numbers into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in cooperation with the FP&A and Group Finance teams.
  • Act as a finance business partner for management, explaining financial results and supporting decision‑making with data‑driven conclusions.
  • Monitor key business KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, utilization, and cost structure.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital, ensuring healthy financial operations.
  • Support the integration and improvement of financial systems, processes, automation, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers, and the KMS headquarters.
What you'll need to succeed in this role:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, ideally within multinational or PE‑backed environments.
  • In‑depth, hands‑on knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax, and statutory requirements, including statutory reporting and local compliance obligations (e.g., KSeF / mandatory e‑invoicing), with experience working closely with external advisors and authorities; exposure to US GAAP is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage audits, local filings, and complex reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
  • Availability and willingness for business trips to Warsaw.
  • Strong English communication skills; Polish fluency required.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset suitable for a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.
Discover our perks & benefits:
  • Work in a supportive team of passionate enthusiasts of AI & Big Data.
  • Engage with top‑tier global enterprises and cutting‑edge startups on international projects.
  • Enjoy flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work remotely or from modern offices and coworking spaces.
  • Accelerate your professional growth through career paths, knowledge‑sharing initiatives, language classes, and sponsored training or conferences, including a partnership with Databricks, which offers industry‑leading training materials and certifications.
  • Participate in team‑building events and utilize the integration budget.
