Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, FP&A, or related analytics role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate data across systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI/data visualization tool.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and metrics.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing, and revenue metrics.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for reviewing and structuring financial models.
• Strong documentation and communication with Finance and Tech stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with clear communication of findings.
• Structured, curious approach to data quality and explicit definitions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Map and document financial and corporate data sources, systems, ownership, definitions, and data flows.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and reconciliation issues across systems.
• Define data requirements for monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Transform and model data from data warehouses to create reliable datasets.
• Reconcile data across sources and investigate discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy.
• Produce recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting (budget vs actuals, variance, cash, headcount, SaaS).
• Collaborate with data engineers to improve integrations, transformations, and data quality checks.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows for efficiency gains.
• Maintain documentation covering data lineage and business rules.
• Contribute to data governance and prepare datasets for forecasting and AI-driven use cases.
• Handle confidential financial, HR, and payroll data with discretion.
