Job summary

Meta is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Data Center Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team. This role supports the design, build, and operation of Meta's global data center infrastructure, serving as the liaison between Finance and Data Center teams.

The position emphasizes long-range financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across CapEx, OpEx, and headcount, with a focus on cost optimization and strategic investments in a multi-billion-dollar

Qualifications

Understanding of infrastructure, semiconductor, telecom and/or related markets.
Experience building cross-functional relationships with senior leadership.
Analytical skills to translate large data into actionable insights.
Communication skills to tailor messaging for audiences of varying seniority.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary finance advisor for multiple groups executing Data Center strategy over 10 years.
Partner with business to build cost-effective and schedule-optimized data center projects.
Perform analyses for ad hoc decisions and total cost of ownership reviews.
Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across CapEx, OpEx and headcount.
Drive reporting on financial performance and key metrics with executive-level explanations.
Prepare financial analyses and presentations for finance leadership including CFO.
Lead initiatives to improve and automate financial controls and operations.
