Meta is seeking a Finance Manager for the Data Center Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team. You will partner with the Data Center organization that designs, builds and operates our global data center footprint, acting as a finance advisor on short- and long-term strategic initiatives and resource planning.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while driving improvements in financial controls.

Competenze

• Understanding of infrastructure, semiconductor, telecom and/or related markets.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with senior leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into useful information.
• Communication skills to tailor messaging for audiences of varying seniority and technical expertise.

Mansioni

• Lead FP&A activities for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across CapEx, OpEx and headcount.
• Drive reporting on financial performance, expenses and metrics with executive explanations of variances and trends.
• Prepare financial analyses, commentary, and presentation materials for finance leadership including the CFO.
• Lead initiatives to improve and automate Meta's financial controls and operations.
