Job summary

Meta seeks a Finance Manager for the Infrastructure Data Center, joining the Data Center Finance & Business Planning team. You will act as a key liaison between Finance and Data Center, overseeing data center strategy, cost profiles, financial reporting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Meta's multi-billion-dollar investments.

You will lead FP&A activities across CapEx, OpEx, and headcount, drive executive-level reporting, and partner with senior leadership to prioritize

Qualifications

• Understanding of infrastructure, semiconductor, telecom and/or related markets.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with senior leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into useful information.
• Communication skills to tailor messaging for audiences of varying seniority and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the primary finance advisors for multiple operational & strategic groups responsible for executing Data Center strategy over a 10 year timeframe.
• Partner with business to build cost-effective and schedule-optimized strategies for future data center projects.
• Perform analyses to provide ad hoc decision support, create total cost of ownership frameworks and reviews of key financial metrics.
• Lead FP&A activities for the business including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across CapEx, OpEx and headcount.
• Drive reporting that includes financial performance, detailed reporting of key expense and other metrics, and executive level explanations of variances and trends.
• Lead the preparation of financial analysis, commentary, and presentation materials for financial updates to finance leadership including the CFO.
• Lead key initiatives to continuously improve and automate Meta's financial controls and operations.
