Job summary

Meta is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Data Center Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team. The role focuses on supporting data center strategy, design, cost profiles, financial reporting, forecasting, and planning, serving as the liaison between Finance and Data Center teams.

You will drive cost optimization, build financial models, and lead analyses supporting billion-dollar investments. The ideal candidate has infrastructure/domain knowledge and strong communication with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Understanding of infrastructure, semiconductor, telecom and/or related markets.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with senior leadership.
• Analytical skills to translate large amounts of data into useful information.
• Communication skills to tailor messaging for varied audiences and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary finance advisor for multiple groups responsible for Data Center strategy over a 10-year timeframe (short-term 1–2 years and long-term 8–10 years).
• Partner with business to build cost-effective, schedule-optimized data center project strategies.
• Perform analyses to provide ad hoc decision support and reviews of key financial metrics.
• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across CapEx, OpEx and headcount.
• Drive reporting of financial performance, key expenses, and variances with executive explanations.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for updates to finance leadership including the CFO.
• Lead initiatives to improve and automate Meta's financial controls and operations.
