Meta is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Data Center Finance & Business Planning (FBP) team in Honolulu. The role focuses on advising on data center strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across CapEx, OpEx, and headcount to enable informed investment decisions.

The position requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insight for senior leadership, including the CFO.

Formación

• Experience in infrastructure, data center, and related markets.
• Translate large data sets into actionable insights for leadership.
• Tailor communications for audiences of varying seniority and technical levels.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across CapEx, OpEx and headcount.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary finance advisor for data center strategy over a 10-year horizon.
• Partner with business to build cost-effective, schedule-optimized data center projects.
• Perform analyses to support decisions and TOC frameworks; review key metrics.
• Lead FP&A activities across budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
• Drive financial reporting with performance details and executive variance explanations.
• Prepare financial analyses and materials for updates to finance leadership including CFO.
• Lead initiatives to automate and strengthen Meta's financial controls.
