Job summary

Meta is seeking a Director of Finance Infrastructure (FP&A) to lead financial planning and analysis for a subset of Data Centers, Server Hardware and Network Engineering capacity. You will partner with Finance and Infrastructure leaders to drive budgeting, modeling and strategic decisions.

The role includes owning the P&L for an infrastructure area with double-digit billions in capital and operating expenses, co-authoring executive-level presentations for the CFO, COO, CEO and Board, and

Qualifications

15+ years of experience in a finance leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
Experience in infrastructure finance or cloud finance.
Experience with detailed financial models and identifying risks in capital allocation.
Proven negotiation skills with executives and relationship building.
Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

Lead FP&A for a part of Infrastructure (e.g., Server, Data Center or Network Engineering).
Drive financial modeling, analysis, and budgeting for strategic decisions.
Own the budget and P&L for an Infrastructure area with large capex/opex.
Co-author executive presentations for CFO/COO/CEO/Board.
Build partnerships across Finance and Infrastructure leadership.
Develop analyses to inform investment decisions and resource allocation.
Provide insights to influence spending and resource efficiency.
Define scalable modeling and processes to improve efficiency.
Drive process improvements and enhance models/tools/systems.
