The role goes beyond traditional financial reporting and consolidation. You will take ownership of key revenue drivers across the business, working closely with finance and analytics teams to understand performance, track forecasts and budgets, and highlight opportunities and risks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional coming from a larger, well-structured organization who is looking for broader exposure, greater ownership and the opportunity to make a more direct impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Planning & Analysis: Own the analysis of key revenue drivers across multiple businesses, including customer performance, e-commerce, new product launches, private-label metrics and club channels.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Track performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the business.
  • Corporate FP&A: Consolidate revenue assumptions and growth drivers across multiple divisions, providing a clear view of overall business performance.
  • Commercial Insights: Partner with analytics and finance teams to understand the underlying drivers of sales and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Executive Reporting: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and high-quality presentations for senior leadership.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units, connecting divisional performance with broader corporate objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analysis and forecasting through better processes, tools and technology.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other finance managers and analysts, sharing responsibilities and supporting the delivery of key corporate finance priorities.
About You
  • Approximately 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, commercial finance or a related analytical role.
  • Experience working within a large, complex organization with established financial processes and analytical capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial models, forecasts, budgets and large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand the story behind the numbers and communicate clear conclusions.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to create clear, compelling presentations and explain complex financial information in a straightforward, commercially relevant way.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership and work effectively across different teams.
  • Motivation to broaden your experience, develop new skills and contribute directly to business growth.
  • Experience in consumer products or CPG would be advantageous.
