Job summary

Berkeley Search Consultants seeks a senior FP&A leader to own the corporate FP&A engine, driving annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, management reporting, and KPI reporting. You will build the processes, models, and reporting packages delivering timely, trusted visibility into where the business is headed.

You will partner with Accounting on the monthly close and with Marketing, Operations, Technology, and G&A on operating expenses, acting as the analytical backbone

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Finance/Accounting preferred.
• 7+ years FP&A or related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products.
• Hands-on experience with TPM systems, including trade plan and funding inputs, reporting, data extraction, and reconciliation to financial results.
• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

This role owns the corporate FP&A engine that keeps leadership aligned on performance, risks, and tradeoffs - running the operating cadence of annual budgeting, monthly and quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and KPI reporting, and building the processes, models, and reporting packages that provide timely, trusted visibility into where the business is headed.

Equally central, you are a commercial finance partner who helps lead the company’s cross-channel commercial reviews - connecting commercial and marketing activity to marketplace and financial outcomes and integrating those results into the corporate P&L and forecast.

You will partner closely with Accounting on the monthly close and with functional and cost-center owners across Marketing, Operations, Technology, and G&A on operating expense. This is a high-visibility role and the analytical backbone of corporate finance, providing the foundation for proactive, decision-ready planning.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree; a degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 7+ years of FP&A, RGM, Commercial Finance, or other related work experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products
• Hands-on experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, including trade plan and funding inputs, reporting, data extraction, and reconciliation to financial results
• Experience with data visualization software (Power BI) preferred
