J.S. Held seeks a Manager to join its Accounting/Finance team. This hybrid role supports month‑end close, GAAP compliance, and corporate reporting while traveling ~5% for team meetings.

You will lead accounts payable/receivable, billing, and cash flow improvements, mentor staff, and collaborate with FP&A and external firms. Requires 8–10 years in accounting, a CPA/MBA preferred, and a sharp, collaborative, results‑driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 8–10 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
• Strong MS Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Coordinate with corporate accounting for consolidated reporting and audits.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash applications, and DSO.
• Oversee accounts payable, vendor onboarding, invoicing, and payments.
• Liaise with FP&A for monthly reporting and tax compliance.
