Job summary

Ron Tonkin Toyota in Portland, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to help drive profitability and customer satisfaction within a growth-focused dealership. You will review sales figures, present financing options, obtain credit approvals, and deliver top-tier service to clients.

The role requires 2+ years in F&I at a new-car dealership, with strong CDK experience and familiarity with Toyota/Mazda products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&I experience at a new-car franchise.
• CDK experience strongly recommended.
• Prior Toyota/Mazda experience strongly recommended.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and confirming the agreed-upon sales figures.
• Preparing salespeople to confer with customers about needed services or products.
• Consulting with customers to determine their wants and needs and presenting products to fulfill them.
• Obtaining credit approval, securing financing, and preparing delivery documentation.
• Provide world-class customer service to clients/guests.

Finance Manager Job Responsibilities

Schedule: 2 Consecutive days off per week (during the week), 1 opening shift per week with an 11 AM or 12 PM start time for every other day.
