Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Gen AI finance team in AWS. The role involves owning P&L, building advanced financial models, and partnering with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive performance.

The candidate will lead annual operating plans, monthly/quarterly reviews, and identify R&O opportunities, while managing a fast-paced, data-driven environment and developing thought leadership in controllership.

Qualifications

5+ years in tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy.
5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

Build out and enhance P&L models, develop business insights and KPI dashboards, and lead ad hoc analyses.
Support new business initiatives/products/feature launches; understand cost models and drive pricing decisions.
Provide revenue deep analytics and communicate effectively to senior business team leaders.
Take the lead in financial planning and analysis; build complex financial models and tools for forecasts and performance.
