You will collaborate with sales, F&I, and service teams to identify growth opportunities, supervise finance staff, and maintain lender relationships to maximize profit per vehicle retailed.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within automotive dealerships or retail automotive finance.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles relevant to automotive sales and F&I product penetration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on production-based financial management.
• Proficient in financial software and dealership management systems.
