The role emphasizes analyzing data, supervising the finance team, and maintaining lender relationships while delivering high customer satisfaction and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in automotive dealerships or retail automotive finance.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles relevant to automotive sales and F&I.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on production-based financial management.
• Proficient in financial software, dealership management systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and production reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements specific to automotive finance and retail operations.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and F&I teams to develop strategies that increase profit per vehicle retailed.
• Supervise and develop finance team members to support a sales-driven culture.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, financial institutions, and OEM finance partners.
