Job summary

Bob Bell Ford Bel Air is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to lead the finance department and maximize profitability while delivering exceptional customer service in Bel Air, MD. The income potential is $180,000 to $220,000 annually, with a full benefits package across our six Maryland dealerships.

Responsibilities include developing a comprehensive menu selling process, tracking lenders, ensuring timely paperwork, supporting the sales team, and maintaining the department

Qualifications

• Prior experience as automotive finance manager is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the finance dept. paperwork flow for timely deal turnaround.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals with integrity.
• Uphold professional morals, ethics, and customer service.
• Work closely with sales to enforce proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain the finance department work schedule.

Income potential $180,000 - $220,000

• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule
