Job summary

Bob Bell Ford Bel Air is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to lead the finance department and optimize profitability for all vehicle deals. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and lender management skills in a busy dealership environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior F&I management experience, professional appearance, and the motivation to drive results in a fast-paced team.

• Prior automotive finance manager experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turnaround on all deals.
• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Work closely with sales team on enforcement of proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule.

Income potential $180,000 - $220,000
