Job summary

Çimsa Americas is seeking a Finance Manager in Houston, TX to oversee the financial planning, reporting and treasury functions across the Americas. You will lead the finance team, establish robust accounting controls, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in accounting/finance within an international group, a master’s degree preferred, and fluency in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in an international group.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Fluent English and Turkish required.

Responsibilities

• Organize financial planning and cross‑functional coordination across the Americas.
• Lead and optimize the finance function and all related teams.
• Develop relationships with internal teams, tax authorities, banks and vendors.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
• Create chart of accounts and robust controls over transactions.
• Oversee annual audit process with stakeholders.
• Develop and oversee treasury strategy and cash flow management.
• Ensure timely financial reporting to senior management and shareholders.
• Manage month-end, year-end closes and consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with reporting and tax filings.
