Job summary

Mace is seeking a Finance Manager based in Houston, TX, overseeing financial operations across multiple countries, including Canada and Puerto Rico. You will ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and strategic planning while partnering with leadership on key initiatives.

The role requires 5–10 years of full-cycle accounting experience, strong Power BI skills, and expertise in IFRS/GAAP. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• CPA designation preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• ERP systems expertise; Oracle experience highly desirable.
• Expertise in IFRS and GAAP compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and compliance across multiple countries.
• Prepare financial statements, summaries, and management reports.
• Implement accounting best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for several countries.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and leadership on financial plans and initiatives.
