Qualifications

• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 5+ years creating process improvements with automation.
• 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or related analytical field.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data and identifying patterns to support strategy.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting for Alexa initiatives.
• Build and present KPI dashboards with monthly/quarterly insights.
• Own finance communication with business teams on performance and planning.
• Drive automation and scale of financial reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Lead deep dives into engagement drivers for month-end reviews, forecasts, and plans.
