Candidates bring 3+ years in FP&A, strong Excel modeling, and cross-functional experience; MBA/CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applying KPIs to analyses in finance.
• 3+ years improving processes with automation and analytics.
• 3+ years leading initiatives to improve finance tools and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 3+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy.
• 3+ years cross-functional initiatives driving financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and forecasting cycles end-to-end with high-fidelity models.
• Deliver variance and performance analyses to inform leadership reviews.
• Partner with business leaders as a strategic finance advisor.
• Build scalable P&L, revenue, and cost models for scenario planning.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, marketing and ops.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve planning and reporting.
