Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced proficiency in Excel (pivots, lookups, etc).
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets for decision-making.
• 5+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 5+ years directly managing and leading a team of 5+ members.
• 8+ years in finance, accounting or related analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Alexa inputs/outputs, including month end close and in-year planning cycles.
• Partner with stakeholders to align on valuation methodologies.
• Develop proforma P&Ls by customer segment to link investments to financial outcomes.
• Work with big data to transform into insights.
• Develop success metrics and scenario models for data-driven decisions.
• Lead automation efforts of critical processes.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality insights for multiple value streams.
