Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Alexa 1P and Alexa Home Finance team, guiding product, pricing and econometric valuations. This role drives insights to inform short- and long-term investment decisions and leads a team delivering scalable analyses and KPIs.

You will collaborate across stakeholders to align on inputs, ranges and confidence intervals, and to drive decision making with robust financial models and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, lookups).
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets.
• 5+ years creating automation and process improvements.
• 5+ years directly managing and leading a team.
• 8+ years in finance, accounting, or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience with data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase or Cognos).

Responsibilities

• Own Alexa business inputs and outputs, inclusive of month end close, in-year planning cycles and long-range plan.
• Partner across stakeholder teams to align on valuation methodologies for actuals and forecasting purposes.
• Develop proforma P&Ls by customer segment to tie investment priorities to financial outcomes.
• Work with big data and transforming it into insights and information.
• Develop success metrics and dynamic scenario models for data driven decisions.
• Lead automation efforts of critical processes.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality insights to inform decisions across value streams.
