Meta Superintelligence Labs is seeking a Finance Manager to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling. You will partner with Leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate NAScent AI bets and allocate resources across Research, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure.

The role requires strong analytics, abstract thinking, and the ability to influence executives.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics.
BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
Experience across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group setting.
Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders.
Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for the Meta Superintelligence Labs organization.
Create partnerships and own relationships with the Leadership Team and their cross-functional partners.
Drive nuanced return on investment and impact frameworks across investment areas.
Own day-to-day operational tasks related to budget management.
Help define and implement scalable financial processes.
