Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field required.
• 6+ years of AI research experience in industry or similar settings.
• 4+ years leading teams of researchers or engineers, including technical leaders.
• Experience with frontier large language models and post-training workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor research scientists and engineers in Meta Superintelligence Labs.
• Oversee the full LLM post-training stack and influence roadmap and direction.
• Translate ambiguous needs into tractable research plans and measurable outcomes.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to unblock scaling and modeling challenges.
