Job summary

Meta Superintelligence Labs seeks a Finance Manager to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the organization. You will build partnerships with the Leadership Team and cross-functional partners to drive ROI frameworks and resource allocation decisions.

You will manage day-to-day budget processes, analyze investments, and influence strategic direction with data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy or analytics.
• BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Experience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving.
• Experience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leaders.
• Experience independently managing workstreams, maintaining accuracy in financial deliverables, and tracking detailed budgets and forecasts.

You will support decisions around nascent AI bets and resource allocation, expense and headcount management, and prioritization across a full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting.This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-range plans, and partner with product and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals.
