We seek a Finance Manager to join the Amazon Pharmacy FP&A team and lead Pharmacy Finance through critical planning cycles. This role drives end-to-end execution of OP1/OP2, quarterly guidance, and Long Range Planning (LRP), including cross-functional coordination, timeline management, narrative development, and senior leadership deliverables. With full P&L exposure, you'll surface financial insights that influence strategic decision‑making at the VP level.
The right candidate earns trust across finance, tech, and business teams; owns planning cycles in high-ambiguity environments; and delivers high-quality executive materials under tight timelines with strong judgment.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
