Job summary

Amazon Pharmacy is expanding its FP&A team to lead end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and strategic support for senior leadership. The Finance Manager will own planning cycles, drive narrative-driven executive materials, and partner across finance and tech to scale AI-augmented FP&A capabilities.

The role requires a strong finance background, cross-functional leadership, and experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
• MBA or CPA preferred for advanced roles
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; data interpretation for decision making
• Strong cross-functional leadership and ability to drive financial performance and strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy FP&A through planning cycles (OP1/OP2), quarterly guidance, and Long Range Planning with cross-functional coordination
• Develop and deliver executive materials with strong judgment under tight timelines
• Design and deploy AI-powered automation for forecasting, reporting, and close while maintaining controllership
• Apply prompt engineering to accelerate variance analysis and scenario modeling
• Build AI-driven forecasts with shadow testing and human-override frameworks
