Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Manager, Finance – Software and Services in Sunnyvale, CA. You will partner with AI, cloud, and digital product teams to lead financial planning, forecasting, and ROI assessments for strategic software initiatives.

You will own cloud budget across Azure, GCP, and AWS, drive cost transparency, and collaborate with procurement and engineering to optimize cloud spend while delivering actionable insights and disciplined capital allocation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, tech, cloud, or AI environments.
• 3+ years in people management with talent development experience.
• Strong cloud economics, SaaS models, and AI valuation knowledge.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for AI/software initiatives.
• Own GM's Cloud budget across Azure, GCP, and AWS; optimize cloud spend.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance analytics team.
