L'Oréal USA Finance & Legal in New York is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Marketing/Brand teams within the Luxe division. You will manage A&P spend across 19 brands, ensure data integrity, and support strategic decisions with variance analysis and LE forecasting.

You will work hybrid from our Hudson Yards office, driving financial excellence, budgets, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in finance.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint, with experience in SAP.
• Proactive, team-player with ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.

As the Finance Manager supporting A&P for LUXE Division, you'll be a critical business partner, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, manage budgets, and track the brands spend. You'll be based in our vibrant Hudson Yards office, where you’ll play a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting strategic decision-making.

Here's how you will have a role to play in this team:

• A&P Spend Management: Track actual A&P expenditures at the lowest level for 19 brands within the LUXE Division. Identify variances against budget and latest estimates. Ensure data integrity, including proper PO coding and accruals.
• Reporting & Analytics: Ensure the timely delivery of comprehensive A&P tracking process, provide insightful variance analysis, and contribute to robust A&P Latest Estimates (LEs), striving for high data accuracy and forecast improvements.
• Strategic Business Partner: Act as a proactive and trusted finance partner to Marketing/Brand Teams and Brand Controllers, providing timely financial information, support, and challenging assumptions as needed to ensure value-driven decisions.
• Expertise & Standardization: Establish an expertise in the A&I spend across the Luxe Division and create standard processes across all 19 brands.
• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve existing A&P financial processes, reporting cadences, and tracking methodologies. Proactively develop and implement new analytical reports or dashboards to enhance A&P visibility, analysis and efficiency.
• Problem-Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues, resolve discrepancies, and provide solutions that improve financial accuracy and operational flow
• Special Projects: Perform ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range

: $98,400 - $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
