Job description

We are hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead operations across both domestic and international platforms. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that allows you to work in a global environment and make a direct impact on strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
• Develop financial models to support business strategy
• Present financial reports to senior leadership
• Identify and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
• 5–7+ years of finance experience, ideally within a multinational environment
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Hands-on experience with Kingdee, QBO, and ERP/WMS systems
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
