Private Equity client - $500M+ seeking Finance Manager.

Growing, private equity-backed organization is seeking a Finance Mana manager to support strategic financial planning, reporting, and business analysis initiatives. This highly visible role partners closely with executive leadership and plays a key role in driving financial insights, forecasting, and process improvements across a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis
• Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights to leadership
• Manage and enhance financial planning and consolidation systems, reporting tools, and dashboards
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership, investors, and board stakeholders
• Support acquisition integration activities, performance tracking, and reporting requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and leverage technology to increase efficiency.
• Partner with operational leaders to develop KPIs and performance measurement tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience across investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, and/or FP&A
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Experience working in a multi-entity environment with consolidations and complex reporting structures
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence or financial planning tools
• Proven ability to communicate financial concepts and recommendations to executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or experience with automation, AI, or data analytics tools is a plus.
