Responsibilities

• Coordinate all transactions with the sales manager to secure favorable profitability.
• Maintain a program for 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
• Present product options and counsel customers based on interviews.
• Review credit applications and reports to discuss financing options.
• Prepare delivery documentation, including loan and DMV forms.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction on all transactions.
• Train sales staff on financing benefits and back-end products.
• Comply with applicable regulations and report goals.

Overview:

Responsibilities -

• Work directly with sales manager to assist in coordinating all transactions to secure reasonable profit from every sale.
• Maintain a program that will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
• Presents product options to the customer, counseling them based on what was cultivated during the initial customer interview.
• Requires direct interaction with the customer by reviewing the customer's credit application and credit report, in addition to discussing the available finance options to meet their needs.
• Prepare the delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, DMV paperwork and other legal forms required by state and federal regulatory bodies.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction on all transactions.
• Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Maintains control of all paperwork until it is ready to be turned into the office manager.
• Generates additional income through the sales of product only sales.
• Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing and additional back-end products.
• Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect both used and new vehicles, which includes all OEM regulations.
• Reports monthly and yearly reports and presents goals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Candidates must have several years’ experience in the automotive industry. We are looking for a candidate who has the following qualities of a successful sales associate: good communication, organized, competitiveness, hustle, positive attitude, friendliness, etc.
