Job summary

Camino Search partners with a private equity-backed, rapidly growing technology-enabled services business to expand its footprint in North America. A Philadelphia-based finance leadership role combines FP&A, technical accounting, and M&A responsibilities with significant exposure to senior leadership.

This highly visible, 0-to-1 build role reports to the CFO and focuses on establishing finance infrastructure, reporting, and processes to support continued growth and future acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a services or professional services environment.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth or acquisitive business is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to M&A, due diligence, or financial modelling would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable operating across both accounting and commercial finance, with an appetite to take on a broad remit.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate findings to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, with the ability to build processes and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of the US finance function, helping establish processes, reporting infrastructure, and controls as the business scales.
  • Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the US and wider business.
  • Produce monthly management reporting and analysis, providing insight into financial performance, key variances, and business drivers.
  • Support the financial integration of newly acquired businesses, including reporting, consolidation, processes, and controls.
  • Support technical accounting matters, month-end close, and the preparation and review of financial information.
  • Develop and improve financial models, reporting tools, and KPI dashboards to support decision-making.

Camino Search are partnering with a private equity-backed, rapidly growing technology-enabled services business that is expanding its global footprint. Following a period of significant M&A activity, including multiple acquisitions across North America, the business is continuing to scale through both organic growth and further acquisitions.

The business is now looking to appoint a Finance professional to support the newly established Philadelphia finance leadership team. This is a broad, high-impact role combining FP&A, technical accounting, and M&A responsibilities, with significant exposure to senior leadership and the wider Group finance function.

This is a highly visible 0-to-1 build role, partnering directly with the CFO to establish the finance infrastructure, reporting, and processes required to support continued growth and future acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of the US finance function, helping establish processes, reporting infrastructure, and controls as the business continues to scale.
  • Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the US and wider business.
