Camino is partnering with a PE-backed platform that is scaling rapidly through acquisition to hire an FP&A Manager. This is a high-visibility role at the center of the finance function — one where your work lands directly in front of executive leadership, PE sponsors, and lenders on a regular basis.
This role is built for someone who owns their work completely. You'll bring rigor, speed, and clarity to everything you produce — and you'll be confident enough to walk leadership through the story behind the numbers, even when that story is a difficult one. If you've come up through accounting and found your home in FP&A, this is the environment where that background will genuinely set you apart.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range plans across multiple business units
- Delivering variance analysis — actuals vs. budget and forecast — with clear, decision-ready commentary for senior stakeholders
- Administering OneStream, managing data inputs across business units and building the reports that underpin monthly financial reporting and planning
- Developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into business performance
- Preparing executive and PE sponsor reporting packages, as well as quarterly lender reports
- Owning data integrity across all reporting — applying a rigorous check-and-balance process before anything reaches leadership
- Championing the adoption of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to streamline workflows and automate reporting processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role — a background that started in accounting and moved into FP&A is strongly preferred
- Experience working within a PE-backed business and reporting to institutional investors
- Hands-on experience with a CPM platform; OneStream experience is a strong preference
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with Sage or Power BI a plus
- A track record of implementing or supporting technology-driven process improvements, including AI-driven automation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail — you have a personal process for ensuring your outputs are right before they leave your hands
- A confident, clear communicator who can present financial insights with conviction to senior audiences
The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
- Takes full ownership of their deliverables — no gaps, no excuses
- Moves with pace and purpose, anticipates what's needed, and flags issues early
- Comfortably operating independently and bringing structure to ambiguous situations
- A team player who raises the standard of the people around them
- Energized by a fast-moving, acquisition-driven environment where the work genuinely matters
Why This Role
- High-visibility seat with direct exposure to PE sponsors, executive leadership, and lenders
- Join a platform that is actively scaling through M&A — the work is varied, fast-moving, and consequential
- A finance team that values rigor, ownership, and genuine contribution over box-ticking
- Real opportunity to shape how the FP&A function evolves as the platform continues to grow
