Job summary

Genuine Search Group invites a seasoned Revenue Analyst to oversee a small team and partner with Commercial, Sales, Market Access, Trade, and BI to analyze North America revenue performance and improve forecast accuracy.

You will lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and AOP, analyzing variances by channel and country, while developing regional reporting and supporting strategic growth initiatives across North America.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of FP&A or revenue analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of US payer/reimbursement channels (PBMs, Medicaid, Medicare).
• Experience with multi-channel and multi-country reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP/FP systems; JD Edwards or Hubble a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess ROI of promotional expenses and forecast assumptions.

This role will oversee a small team and partner closely with Commercial, Sales, Market Access, Trade, and BI teams to analyze revenue performance, identify trends, and improve forecast accuracy. The position will play a key role in providing financial insights and supporting strategic growth initiatives across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue budgeting, rolling forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes across North America.
• Analyze revenue actuals and identify variances against budget, forecast, and prior year by channel and country.
• Manage and develop a North America Revenue Analyst, consolidating financial analysis into regional reporting.
• Partner with commercial and sales teams to evaluate payer mix, pricing, channel performance, distributor inventory, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Trade teams on payer contracts, rebates, promotional spending, and pricing strategies.
• Evaluate promotional expenses, discounts, rebates, and trade investments to assess ROI and support forecasting assumptions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue analysis, or financial planning, preferably within healthcare or a related industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare payer and reimbursement channels, including PBMs, MCOs, Medicaid, Medicare Part D, and commercial contracts.
• Experience with multi-channel and multi-country financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial planning systems; JD Edwards or Hubble experience is a plus.
