Job summary

Confidential Company is partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed manufacturing organization that is expanding its operations. As Finance Manager for Operations, you will act as a true business partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Facilities leadership to influence production performance and capital investments.

You’ll gain high visibility to executives and a clear path for advancement as you drive forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and/or supply chain.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills with ERP and BI experience.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Facilities leadership.
• Provide financial insights on manufacturing performance, productivity, and cost drivers.
• Support inventory management, capacity planning, and capital investment decisions.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning processes.
