Job summary

Eleven Recruiting is seeking a Regional Finance Director to join the Regional Management Team and Global Finance Leadership Team. This hands-on, strategic leader will partner with regional and global leadership to support growth, strengthen controls, and scale finance processes and teams as the platform expands.

You will lead all East US financial activities, oversee shared services, FP&A, reporting and governance, own EBITDA and working capital, and build a high-performing regional finance

Qualifications

• CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading finance and accounting across regional or multi-site business.
• P&L leadership at or above $150M revenue.
• Strong US GAAP foundation; audit-trained or Big 4 advantageous.
• Experience in complex manufacturing with inventory, cost accounting, and working-capital complexity.
• Experience building finance infrastructure post-acquisitions and integrations.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Regional Finance Director will be a key member of both the Regional Management Team and the Global Finance Leadership Team, partnering with regional and global leadership to support business growth, strengthen financial controls, improve business processes, and build and develop the finance organization as the platform expands. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, strategic finance leader who brings strong technical finance expertise, commercial judgment, and the ability to build scalable finance processes and teams in a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Lead all regional finance and accounting activities across the East US business.
• Oversee shared services, accounting and controls, FP&A, reporting, compliance, and financial governance.
• Partner with regional and site management teams to support strategic decision-making, operational performance, and profitable growth.
• Provide financial leadership for acquisitions, integrations, new site additions, and organizational development.
• Drive business process improvement across finance and related operational areas.
• Ensure robust accounting controls, accurate reporting, and compliance with relevant standards and internal policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and business planning across the region.
• Own accountability for EBITDA and margin, cash conversion, working capital and inventory, and balance sheet quality - including clean audits, reliable data, and defensible numbers at the site level.
• Build, develop, and scale the regional finance team as the business grows.
• Act as a senior finance partner to site leadership, functional leaders, and global finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional finance qualification (CPA strongly preferred).
• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading finance and accounting across a regional or multi-site business.
• P&L leadership at or above approximately $150M in revenue.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with deep US GAAP exposure; audit-trained or Big 4 background advantageous.
• Background in complex manufacturing - aerospace/defense, industrial, or regulated manufacturing - with genuine inventory, cost accounting, and working-capital complexity.
• Strong background in shared services, accounting controls, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, and business growth, including building finance infrastructure after deals.
• Track record of improving processes, strengthening controls, and developing finance teams.
• Strong leadership presence and gravitas, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
