Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is representing a growing service-based organization seeking a Finance Manager in a hybrid Kalamazoo-based role. You’ll own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while partnering with executive leadership to drive strategy and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytics, and advanced Excel skills.
• Able to partner with business leaders and explain complex financial concepts.
• Healthcare experience preferred; high-growth/private equity background a plus.
• Self-starter with business acumen in a fast-paced, evolving org.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights and decision support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to evaluate profitability, pricing, staffing needs, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investments and growth opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytics to support a growing organization.
