Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and explain financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; high-growth/private equity experience a plus.
• Self-starter with business acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI tracking, performance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights and decision support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to evaluate profitability, pricing, staffing, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investments and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting, and analytics for a growing organization.
