Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Finance Manager in Kalamazoo for a hybrid role. You will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth.

You will build financial models, analyze KPI trends, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to plan profitability, pricing, and staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with budgeting/forecasting ownership.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred; high-growth or private equity exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A activities: budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Provide actionable financial insights and decision support to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to evaluate profitability, pricing, staffing, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investments and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytics.
