HHM Talent is seeking an experienced Finance Manager for an automotive dealership. You will guide customers through financing, present protection products, and ensure transactions comply with regulations.

The role requires customer focus, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will collaborate with sales and lending partners to optimize financing outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive finance or F&I experience required.
• Strong knowledge of dealership financing, lending practices, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to explain financing terms and products clearly.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management and finance systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing and leasing options.
• Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending partners.
• Present vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP coverage, and other available products.
• Review credit applications and structure deals based on customer and lender requirements.
• Ensure all contracts and supporting documents are accurate and complete.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lending partners.
• Monitor contracts in transit and resolve funding issues promptly.
• Meet dealership goals related to finance production, product penetration, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
• Assist with additional finance department responsibilities as needed.
