Role Description

This full-time, on-site Finance Manager role is located in Fontana, CA and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing credit applications, structuring deals to meet customer needs and dealership objectives, and ensuring all contracts and disclosures comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The person in this role collaborates closely with sales teams to maximize profitability, maintains accurate records and reports, and builds strong relationships with lending institutions. The Finance Manager is also expected to uphold ethical standards, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to process improvements within the finance department.
