Role Description

The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Delray Honda in Delray Beach, FL. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of automotive finance and insurance (F&I) for customers, including presenting financing options, securing approvals, and finalizing contracts and documentation in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team to structure deals, protect gross profit, and ensure a seamless, transparent, and positive customer experience. Daily activities include reviewing credit applications, coordinating with lenders, offering extended service plans and protection products, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role also involves monitoring finance performance metrics, adhering to dealership policies, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting skills, including understanding of lending practices, interest rates, and deal structuring.
• Experience with automotive F&I processes, including credit applications, contracting, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust.
• Proficiency with dealership management systems, finance software, and standard office tools (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
