Alliance Resource Group has been engaged by a privately held real estate investment firm to identify a Manager of Real Estate Finance & Acquisitions. This hybrid role combines accounting, financial management, acquisition analysis, and lender relationships to support a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial real estate accounting and finance.
• Experience with property-level accounting, financial reporting, and acquisition underwriting.
• Solid understanding of real estate financial modeling, debt financing, and investment analysis.
• Experience with Yardi or comparable real estate accounting software.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to be both strategic and hands-on.
• Ability to thrive in a growing organization where responsibilities are broad and opportunities for impact are significant.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of property-level and corporate accounting, including financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and property performance.
• Perform financial modeling, underwriting, and due diligence for potential real estate acquisitions.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, financing structures, and projected returns.
• Coordinate with banks and lenders on financing, refinancing, and ongoing reporting requirements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure appropriate internal controls.
• Partner directly with senior leadership on acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and portfolio growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
