Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Finance Manager to drive the financial side of every vehicle sale with speed, accuracy, and full regulatory compliance. This role rewards close and confident closers who know automotive finance inside out.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will present closing documents, propose extended warranties customers actually want, calculate lease payoffs, and guide customers through warranty questions while maximizing profitability and

Qualifications

• BS in accounting or related experience preferred.
• 2+ years in sales or automotive finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• A closer's mindset.
• Solid computer skills.
• Excellent communication, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Present closing documents and walk customers through the process with confidence
• Present additional services and extended warranties customers actually want
• Complete new leases accurately and calculate payoff amounts for expiring leases
• Support customers through warranty questions start to finish
• Manage loan origination to maximize profitability
• Handle fees and titling in line with legal standards
• Serve as the go-to expert on warranty options
• Stay current on the laws and guidelines governing sales, leases, and warranty contracts
• Hit or beat monthly goals set by the Director and GM

Finance Manager | Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac

Earning Potential: Up to $250,000/Year

Only one rotating Saturday a month. A weekday off every week. And uncapped earning potential at a dealership that's been family-owned in Bowling Green for 78 years.

The Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-7pm | Saturday, 8am-6pm (one Saturday per month, with a weekday off in exchange) These are Sales Department open hours, not your set schedule.

The Pay

Up to $250,000 in earning potential, based on performance and commission

The Job
