Job summary

Martin Automotive Group in Bennettsville, SC is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance department within our Bennettsville Honda store. You will oversee auto loan proposals, coordinate with lenders, and drive profitability through structured F&I processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, deep knowledge of inventory, and a proven track record in automotive sales finance with a customer-first approach. Competitive pay includes commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five years of automotive or powersports sales experience including finance and insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the condition of demonstrators on a monthly basis.
• Ensure compliance with information security program and other laws.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations governing retail auto sales.
• Determine new and used inventory levels to be carried based on customer and market analysis.
• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department's profitability and product penetration.
• Track portfolio with lenders.
• Review and inspect the department’s paperwork flow for timely deal turnaround.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals with professional conduct.
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule.
• Complete all training as directed by management.
• Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the condition of demonstrators on a monthly basis.

• Set and maintain finance department work schedule
• Complete all training as directed by management.
• Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies.
• Any other duties as assigned.
